Details: Does Caesar live here? Caesar wishes! What a hotel! I've always believed that the hotel one chooses in Vegas says something about that persons personality. So the fact that I chose and will chose Caesar's Palace again, what does that say about me? Caesar's Palace is over the top decadent, over done, loud and proud and and attraction in itself.
The first time I stayed here I booked the classic room, which is the room you stay in when you can't really afford to stay in Caesar's Palace. However, I turned up to check in at 8am and my room wasn't ready (as expected) and the nice man at the check in desk advised me I could pay an extra $30 to check in early and receive a free room upgrade. Well he didn't have to ask me twice! When I got up to the room, I realised I had not been upgraded only one category but about 6 or 7 and I was staying the the Palace Tower Suite, with a view over looking the magnificent pool area. What great service!
The room had its own very long hallway, leading into a huge bedroom with two king beds and a well stocked mini fridge. The bathroom was massive, with 2 toilets in two separate rooms, a be day, and double walk in shower and a Jacuzzi big enough to do laps in and watch TV at the same time.
Usually, you also get a room credit, which I would highly recommend using at their amazing buffet, I've never seen so much food in my life and food of the best quality. The pool area is done up like a Roman Bath and is heated all year round, in short there is no reason to stay anywhere else.
My only criticism is they charge for wifi like most other hotels of this calibre, and I really believe that when you are paying this much and then a "resort fee" on top, wifi should be included.
